The Lil Smokies return to The Wilma
The Lil Smokies had to postpone their 2021 New Year’s Eve show at The Wilma in Missoula, but the beloved bluegrass band has rescheduled the show at The Wilma for Saturday, March 12, and they’re going all out. The special evening is dubbed “All That Glitters: New Year’s Eve Reprise” and you better believe that they’re busting out all the bells and whistles.
All originally purchased tickets will be honored at the rescheduled date. No exchanges are necessary. If patrons are unable to attend the rescheduled date, refunds will be available until 5 p.m. Friday, Jan 21, by submitting a Refund Request Form.
Drawing on the energy of a rock band and the Laurel Canyon songwriting of the ‘70s, The Lil Smokies are reimagining their approach to roots music on “Tornillo,” named for the remote Texas town where the album was recorded. Produced by Bill Reynolds (The Avett Brothers, Band of Horses), “Tornillo” is the band’s third studio album. Formed in Missoula, The Lil Smokies have built a national following through constant touring, performing at Red Rocks, LOCKN’, High Sierra, Telluride, Bourbon & Beyond and the Under the Big Sky Festival in Whitefish.
Doors open at 7 p..m. and the show begins at 8 p.m.
