No. 28306 NOTICE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT REQUEST FOR FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT The Flathead County Floodplain Administrator has received the following Floodplain Development Permit applications: FDP-21-21 A request by Hafferman Engineering, Inc. on behalf of Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks to place 3585 CY fill within the regulated floodplain of Flathead Lake for the purpose of a dynamic beach. The applicant proposes to place approximately 3585 CY of graded and screened gravel along 1855 Ft. of shoreline at the average high-water and extending 20 ft. into the silt and sand lakebed, within the regulated floodplain. The project is located at 555 Somers Road, Somers MT 59932 (assessor #0799150) and can legally be described as Tract 1A in NWNW and L3, L4, and L5 Tract 4AA in L4 and L5 in Section 25, Township 27 North, Range 21 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana. No. 28289 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR RETAIL ALL-BEVERAGES LICENSE Notice is given that on the 29th day of November, 2021, J&S Split Rock Café, LLC, Members: James Foster, Skye Foster filed an application for a retail all-beverages license with the Montana Department of Revenue to be used at 8270 MT Highway 35, Suite 7, Bigfork, Flathead County, Montana. Residents of Flathead County and the surrounding counties may protest against the approval of the premises location only as notice of protest for the applicant has already occurred. Each protestor is required to mail a letter that contains in legible print the protestor's full name, mailing address, and street address. Each letter must be signed by the protestor. A protest petition bearing the names and signatures of persons opposing the approval of an application may not be considered as a protest.
