OSHA training
Job Service Kalispell will host a free two-day OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Course that teaches workers how to identify, abate, avoid, and prevent job-related hazards. The course is Tuesday, July 26 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Wednesday, July 27 from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Job Service, 427 1st Ave East, Kalispell.
It will include the rights and responsibilities of the employer and the worker. After training is completed, students will receive a course completion card from OSHA. The card is for employers, workers, and students who want to increase their qualifications to work. The course is free, but advanced registration is required. To register email robert.flores@mt.gov
