| March 3, 2022 12:00 AM

Whitefish Theatre Company’s “The Revolutionists” closes this weekend with shows March 3, 4 and 5 at 7:30 p.m.

In this fresh, fast-paced comedy by award-winning playwright Lauren Gunderson, a quartet of beautiful, badass women raise hell in Paris during the French Revolution. “The Revolutionists” are characters based in history in this bold, blisteringly funny play about violence and legacy, art and activism, feminism and terrorism, compatriots and chosen sisters.

The production, directed by Kim Krueger, features Becky Rygg as Marie Antoinette, Joy James as Olympe de Gouges, Sami Milne as Charlotte Corday, and Sarina Hart as Marianne Angelle.

The play is for mature audiences as it contains adult language. Tickets are $20 for adults, $18 for seniors, and $10 for students with reserved seating, and can be purchased at the box office 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. today and Friday, and one hour before a performance; by calling 862-5371; online at www.whitefishtheatreco.org.
