A Kalispell man and woman are in jail on burglary charges following a Tuesday evening incident in Somers.

Adam Russell Albin, 45, and Rebecca Joan Keys, 47, are being held in Flathead County Detention Center on burglary charges.

Flathead County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to Oldenburg Road around 6 p.m. Tuesday after a resident called 911 to report arriving at home and finding two people inside, according to a press release.

Deputies found and detained a man standing outside the residence. The man reportedly told deputies he was with a woman who was “somewhere in the area.”

A drone and K-9 were used to search the property. The K-9 found the woman hiding in tall grass behind a large pile of wood, according to the press release.

An investigation determined the detained pair were allegedly the people seen in the home and they were subsequently arrested.

This incident remains under investigation by the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office detective’s division and the Flathead County Attorney’s Office.
