No. 28612 NOTICE OF PASSAGE OF RESOLUTION OF INTENTION RURAL WHITEFISH AND SCENIC CORRIDOR ZONING DISTRICTS The Board of Commissioners of Flathead County, Montana, hereby gives notice pursuant to Section 76-2-205(5), M.C.A., that it passed a resolution of intention (Resolution No. 1057D) on May 12th, 2022, to change the zoning designation in a portion of the Rural Whitefish and Scenic Corridor Zoning Districts located at 4600 Highway 40 W near Whitefish, Montana from SAG-10 (Suburban Agricultural) and SC (Scenic Corridor) to SAG-5 (Suburban Agricultural) and SC (Scenic Corridor).
