No. 28960 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Board of Commissioners of Flathead County, Montana, hereby gives notice, pursuant to Section 76-2-205(1), M.C.A., that it will hold a public hearing to consider a change in the zoning designation in a portion of the Blanchard Lake Zoning District from SAG-5 (Suburban Agricultural) to R-2.5 (Rural Residential) for property located at 298 Blanchard Lake Road, Whitefish, MT 59937. All bids will then be reviewed for correctness and then publicly read in the Department’s assigned room. 103 RESERVE DRIVE - NORTH (KAL), SF 189 US 93 ALT SAFETY IMPRV NH 5-3(159)116, HSIP 109-1(4)4 NH 5-3(159)116 Milling, plant-mix overlay, and seal and cover on the Reserve Drive – North (Kal) project located in Flathead County. The project begins just north of the intersection of Reserve Drive and US 93 North in Kalispell at RP 115.9 and extends north along National Highway Route 5US 93 for approximately 1.8 miles ending at RP 117.7. HSIP 109-1(4)4 Concrete barrier rail, crash attenuators, and linear delineation on the SF 189 US 93 Alt Sfty Imprv project in Flathead County. The project begins at RP 4.00 on the north side of the overpass over US Hwy 2 and proceeds northerly along US 93 Alt ending at RP 4.62 on the north side of the 2 Mile Dr. overpass. 105 PATH PRESERVATION - KALISPELL TA 15(136) This shared-use path preservation project in Flathead County will include crack sealing and fog sealing of about 20 miles of existing shared-use paths. The paths are spread out over 16 different sections and are located along the following roads: Willow Glen Dr., Whitefish Stage Rd., Rose Crossing, Helena Flats Rd., Alpine Ln., East Reserve Dr., East Evergreen Dr., Reserve Place, US Hwy. 93, Swan River Rd., Echo Lake Rd., US Hwy. 2, Kila Rd. and Farm to Market Rd. Other work will include perpetuating any existing pavement markings with new pavement markings.
