Brisendine, Pack girls rout Butte to end season
BUTTE - Reagan Brisendine scored an incredible eight goals for Glacier on Tuesday in an 11-1 victory over Western AA foe Butte Bulldogs, the Wolfpack’s final game of the season.
Brisendine also ended up with an assist for 3-11-0 Glacier. Emmery Schmidt, Amelia Remley and Reese Ramey also scored, and Calista Wroble got five assists.
As the No. 7 seed in the conference, Glacier will not be in the postseason.
Glacier’s boys tied Butte 2-2. Harrison Sanders scored twice and both goals were assisted by Liam Ells.
Sanders tied the game 1-1 before the half, and gave Glacier a 2-1 lead late in the game before Butte’s Boyd Dewitt scored the equalizer in the 79th minute.
The Pack finished the regular season 8-2-4 and is the No. 3 seed in Western AA.
Riely Doyle also scored for Butte.
