Helena topped Glacier in five sets Thursday, but the Wolfpack didn't make it an easy win.

Glacier led 2-1 after three sets and got close but dropped the last two to the Bengals, who remain the top team in Western AA with a 16-5 overall record and 11-1 conference record.

Sarah Downs led Glacier with 17 kills, and Ella Farrell served five aces for the 6-15, 5-6 Wolfpack.

Sarah Downs had an incredible night for us and hit hard," Glacier coach Courtney Baker said. "Ella Farrell served hard and led our team well. As a team we pushed ourselves and fought hard against a good team. I am proud of how we came out and looking forward to the rest of the season."
