Regional author publishes children’s Halloween book
Missoula author Kristen Berube’s has recently published her book, “If I Were A Witch For A Day …” the first in her “If I Were ...” book series.
A new children’s Halloween book, “If I Were A Witch For A Day …” is an imaginative book that rouses the curiosity and creativity of children. The book poses questions that will get kids thinking and foster a love of reading.
Along with this new book, Berube is working on more books in the series inspired by adventure, learning, and bringing magic alive. Each book exposes the reader to new experiences that help them experience the world through the eyes of the author. The next book in the series, “If I Were Santa For A Day,” is set to release in November of 2022, with more books to follow.

Kristen Berube lives in Missoula with her husband and four children. She is a graduate of Montana State University and the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology. She enjoys reading, art and being outdoors. She is also the author of “Confessions of a Camo Queen.”
