No. 29354 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) - INVITATION TO BID  Pest Management  Kalispell Public Schools is seeking proposals from interested parties for Pest Management at 15 related  buildings owned by the district located at various addresses.  Kalispell Public Schools will receive sealed bids until 2:00 p.m., local time, April 26th, 2023, for pest  management at 15 related sites owned by the district located at various addresses. All bids should be  mailed and received or delivered by the above time to Denise Williams, Business Director, at the District  Central Administration office, 233 1st Ave East, Kalispell, Montana 59901. Bids will be opened and read  publicly at 2:00 p.m.   The work consists of: Pest Management to include removal of insects, rodents and any other pests  located within and around the district’s buildings.   All services provided shall be done in accordance with all local, state and federal laws.  Contractor will be required to perform all mandatory reporting in accordance with all local, state and  federal laws. No. 29355 SECTION 00100 INVITATION FOR BID Separate sealed bids of the Lakeside Tank Well #2 will be received by Lakeside County Water and Sewer District at the District Office 253 Bierney Creek Road, Lakeside, MT 59922 until 2:00 P.M. local time, Monday, May 8th, 2023 and then publicly opened and read aloud in the Board Room of the District Office at 253 Bierney Creek Road, Lakeside, MT 59922 at 2:15 PM. Lakeside County Water and Sewer District has hired Water & Environmental Technologies to develop a design, provide bid services and construction oversight, and manage associated permitting of a new municipal supply well serving Lakeside Water System. Work contained under this contract consists of drilling and developing the new municipal supply well serving Lakeside Public Water System (PWS). The location of the PWS well to be drilled is along Grayling Road, just south of the intersection with Sunset Court in Section 7, Township 26N, Rnage20W of Flathead County at Geocode 07-3705-07-3-11-08-0000. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday May 1st, 2023, at 2:00 P.M. in the Board Room of the District Office, 253 Bierney Creek Road. Interested Bidders are encouraged to attend the meeting. CONTRACTOR and any of the CONTRACTOR’S subcontractors bidding or doing work on this project will be required to be registered with the Montana Department of Labor and Industry (DLI). No contract shall be awarded to any BIDDER unless said BIDDER is the holder of a license in the class within which the value of the project falls. All operators, laborers, drivers, and mechanics employed by CONTRACTOR or subcontractors in performance of the construction work shall be paid wages at rates as required by the laws of the State of Montana. The CONTRACTOR must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier’s Check, or Bid Bond payable to Lakeside County Water and Sewer District, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided. BIDDERS on the project will also be required to pay the States 1% Contractor’s withholding tax. No bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled time for the public opening of bids, which will take place on May 8th, 2023, 2:15 P.M.
