No. 29354 REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) - INVITATION TO BID  Pest Management  Kalispell Public Schools is seeking proposals from interested parties for Pest Management at 15 related  buildings owned by the district located at various addresses.  Kalispell Public Schools will receive sealed bids until 2:00 p.m., local time, April 26th, 2023, for pest  management at 15 related sites owned by the district located at various addresses. The 2021-2022 CAPER – which reports accomplishments and progress on Consolidated Plan goals for the State of Montana’s CDBG, HOME, HTF, and ESG programs – is available for public comment from Tuesday, April 11th, 2023 – Tuesday, April 25th, 2023. The 2021-2022 CAPER covers the period from April 1, 2021, to March 31, 2022. The Montana Department of Commerce has completed revisions to the 2021 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report for the period of April 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022. These revisions include the addition of the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) State Performance Evaluation Reports. This document has been updated to include requests for clarification from U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.  The CDBG State Activity Summaries, Financial Summaries and Grant Financial Summaries from 2015 through are now available on Commerce’s website.
