The location of the PWS well to be drilled is along Grayling Road, just south of the intersection with Sunset Court in Section 7, Township 26N, Rnage20W of Flathead County at Geocode 07-3705-07-3-11-08-0000. Bidding documents may be viewed and downloaded online by registering with the Builders Exchange at www.montanabid.com. Printed copies may be ordered from reprographic companies through the website or by contacting a reprographer directly. Cost of printing Bidding Documents is non-refundable. The local plan center for this project is The Flathead Valley Plans Exchange which publishes a weekly bulletin providing local and semi-local information about construction projects and bidding information. No contract shall be awarded to any BIDDER unless said BIDDER is the holder of a license in the class within which the value of the project falls. All operators, laborers, drivers, and mechanics employed by CONTRACTOR or subcontractors in performance of the construction work shall be paid wages at rates as required by the laws of the State of Montana. The CONTRACTOR must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier’s Check, or Bid Bond payable to Lakeside County Water and Sewer District, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful BIDDERS shall furnish an approved Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Insurance as required shall be provided by the successful BIDDER(s) and a certificate(s) of that insurance shall be provided.
