The purpose of the hearing is to gather information, data, and arguments, prior to FCD’s declaratory ruling regarding whether the Natural Streambed and Land Preservation Act (75-7-101 through 75-7-125 MCA) applies to jurisdiction over a home constructed near McDonald Creek in Glacier National Park on a private inholding.
