Hot shooting Rustlers too much for Braves

GREAT FALLS — Landon Grosenick and Jonah Vantassell hit four 3-pointers and scored 21 points each as Great Falls Russell ran away from Flathead in boys basketball Saturday, 91-32.

Lyric Ersland hit a pair of 3-pointers and scored 10 points as the Braves (0-2) tried to keep pace in the first quarter; then the visitors scored just once in the second.

Flathead has its home opener Friday against Gallatin, at 7 p.m.
