Law roundup: Grinch cleared of wrongdoing

A homeowner who heard thrashing outside of her house found all the Christmas decorations torn down and the bulbs broken. It was the second time it had happened. Investigating officers suspected deer — not the Grinch — may have been the culprits after find hoof tracks in the yard.

Foggy conditions made it difficult for a driver to see a woman in a dark jacket who reportedly ran across U.S. 93. She had disappeared into the mist by the time officers arrived.

Emergency medical workers checked on a man with a multitude of issues. He possible had a broken hand, a concussion and was vomiting as the result of a fight the previous night.
