Generally, project is comprised of approximately: 150,000 SF of existing high school building to be retrofitted with a new variable refrigerant flow system and energy recovery ventilators to provide an improved student environment at the school. Other work will include finishes, structural framing, mechanical penthouse construction and demolition work in areas impacted by the mechanical system.
