A man, who told police he was a retired deputy, called to report a woman’s odd behavior when she allegedly showed up at his door rambling about drugs and drug rings. The stranger used his phone to call her boyfriend but didn’t want him to pick her up because “there were cops in the area” and he had a suspended driver’s license. He gave her a ride to a motel.
