Valkyries in Western B final

ANACONDA — The Gunlock sisters again led the way for the Bigfork Valkyries at the Western B girls divisional on Friday, who cruised past Mission 69-25 and will face Loyola in the final today at 6:30 p.m.

Florence topped Eureka 69-39 and advanced to a 9 a.m. consolation semi today against Mission.

Thompson Falls will meet Anaconda in another consolation semi, also at 9 a.m.

Bigfork 69, Mission 25

Paeten Gunlock sank six 3-pointers on her way to 29 points for the Valkyries. Braeden Gunlock scored 14, including going 6-for-6 at the free-throw line.

Cora Matt scored nine points for the Bulldogs.
