No. 29111 AUTHORIZATION TO PUBLISH REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) FOR DIGITIAL IMAGING PROJECT The Flathead County Board of Commissioners is requesting Statement of Qualifications from vendors interested in providing professional services to Flathead County. Services include digitization of county records for public access. Records may be in multiple formats, including original paper records and photographs, microfilm, and microfiche. Creation of indexes, metadata definitions and searchable digital files will be required deliverables. This digitization process will be conducted at no charge to Flathead County. In lieu of payment, vendor may retain a digital copy of finalized scanned images. These images are to be utilized by the vendor for internal use only. Digital Images may not be sold or modified by vendor. No. 29112 AUTHORIZATION TO PUBLISH REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP) FOR ALL HAZARD MOBILE COMMAND/ INCIDENT SUPPORT VEHICLE The Flathead County Board of Commissioners is requesting Proposals from specialty vehicle builders to furnish an All Hazard Mobile Command/Incident Support vehicle to Flathead County, pursuant to the requirements of Section 18-4- 304 et seq., M.C.A. This vehicle is to be used by the Flathead County Sheriff’s Office and Flathead County Office of Emergency Services. The intent of this Request for Proposals is to have an All Hazard Mobile Command/Incident Support Vehicle with two clearly defined work areas with at least six (6) total work stations, one of which should have the ability to support tactical dispatching, along with necessary cabinetry needed to make this a functional tool in the field. Additionally, Flathead County requires an electrical power solution to power all onboard systems and the roof-mounted HVAC System. This vehicle is to be delivered to Flathead County, MT.
