No. 29155 NOTICE OF CONTRACTOR’S SETTLEMENT FLATHEAD COUNTY STATE OF MONTANA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on the 31 st day of January, 2023, final settlement will be made by the Flathead Municipal Airport Authority, for and on account of the contract of said LHC, Inc. for the furnishing and installation of AIP No. 3-30-0046-065-2021, at Glacier Park International Airport, and any person copartnership, association or corporation who has unpaid claim against said LHC, Inc. for or on account of the furnishing of labor, materials, supply of laborers, rental machinery, tools, or equipment, team hire, sustenance, provision, provender or other supplies used or consumed by such Contractor or any of the subcontractors in or about the performance of said work, may at any time up to and including said time of such final settlement on January 31 st , 2023, file a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim with the Flathead Municipal Airport Authority. No. 29156 NOTICE FOR PUBLIC MEETING CONSULTATION FOR ACDBE OPPORTUNITIES AT GLACIER PARK INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (GPI) The Flathead Municipal Airport Authority (FMAA) has established an Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Program for the Glacier Park International Airport (GPI) in accordance with regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), 49 CFR Part 23. The FMAA anticipates it will receive Federal financial assistance from the Department of Transportation, and as a condition of receiving this assistance, FMAA has signed an assurance that it will comply with 49 CFR Part 23. As per section Part 23.43 establishing the upcoming ACDBE goals for Federal Fiscal Years (FFY) 2023/2024/2025, a public/consultation meeting will be held on February 20, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Glacier Park International Airport (GPI) 4170 Highway 2 Kalispell, MT 59901 for the purpose of discussing potential opportunities for ACDBE participation in upcoming projects, gain input, and to answer questions.
