No. 29167 Bigfork School District 38 is accepting bids for Hail Damage to the roof and siding at the Bigfork High School, High School Shop and Elementary School buildings. Consisting of: Roof - roof vents, caps, covers, condenser units, roofing felt, flashing, composition shingles. Siding – Clean with pressure/chemical spray, seal, and paint. For detailed list and to set up a time for visual inspection of building damage, please contact Mike McGill 406-249-4246 or email mmcgill@bigfork.k12.mt.us Sealed bids will be accepted at the Bigfork School District Office, 600 Commerce Street, PO Box 188, Bigfork, MT 59911, Attn: Elementary Roof Repairs, until February 8, 2023 at 4:00 pm current Mountain Time. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder’s bond equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid, as defined by state law. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled time of bid receipt. The successful bidder will furnish an approved Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract. The Contractor shall comply with all fair labor practices and must meet the requirements of all local, state, and federal statutes including prevailing wage and hiring preferences. Each bidder and Contractor are required to have a current and valid Montana Contractor’s Registration and Montana Contractor’s License, as applicable, in the proper classification for the work bid, and such registration and license must remain valid throughout the period of the project.
