Contractors will be required to be a member of the exchange in order to view and download plans from the website. A bid guarantee of ten percent (10%) of the total base bid shall be submitted with each bid and shall be in the form of lawful monies of the United States, a cashier’s check or bank draft, payable to “Cayuse Prairie School District #10”, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by an acceptable surety. Said surety shall guarantee that the bidder will enter into the contract and furnish good and sufficient Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond each in the amount of 100% of contract amount, within ten (10) days of the award, or said bid security check or monies are to be forfeited to the owner as provided by Montana Law.
