Ballroom dancers take the stage in concert series

The Music of the Legends tribute concert series continues with “The Beauty of the Ballroom,” featuring guest dancers Marcus Reznowski and Callie Servey.
Reznowski and Servey, who are based at Premier Ballroom dance studio in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, will showcase the Viennese waltz, waltz, tango, foxtrot and Rumba to music played by Wai Mizutani, Andrew Schultz, Griffin Browne and Natilee Radosovic.
The concert series is organized by Mizutani and his Impact World Strings Chamber Ensemble.
Concert manager Alaura Scherrer pitched the idea of featuring dancers while brainstorming ideas with Mizutani back in January.
“I have always loved dancing, especially ballroom, and with the stunning new venue that we had the opportunity to use with Wachholz opening up, I felt like now was the time to start looking around to see what we could find,” Scherrer said.
The performance is planned for 7 p.m. June 17 at the Wachholz College Center located on the Flathead Valley Community College campus.
Tickets are $25 for adults, $18 for seniors. Processing fees may apply when purchased online at www.wachholzcollegecenter.org. Admission is free for veterans, active duty military and children under 10.
