The bids must be submitted in a sealed manilla envelope and must be plainly marked "Bid for Cayuse Prairie Classroom Addition” and contain the name of the Contractor and the Contractor’s Montana State License Number and Class. Bids shall be submitted on the form provided with the Contract Documents. Contractors will be required to be a member of the exchange in order to view and download plans from the website.
