Jaylyn Williams and former Range Rider Eddie McCabe homered and drove in 11 runs combined Tuesday, leading Great Falls over Glacier 15-1 in Pioneer League baseball.

Williams hit a 2-run single and McCabe socked a 3-run homer as Great Falls (8-15) scored five times in the first inning at Glacier Bank Park. That would be all the runs the Voyagers needed, but Williams and McCabe weren’t done.

Williams hit a 2-run homer in the fifth that made it 7-1 and added another 2-run single while the Voyagers put up six runs in the eighth inning against Glacier (12-11), which lost for the seventh time in eight games.

McCabe — who hit .311 in 64 games after being traded to Glacier last July, and was released by the Range Riders on Saturday — had RBI singles in the seventh and eighth innings.

Great Falls outhit the Range Riders 16-5; Voyagers starting pitcher Tyler Naumann allowed all five hits in seven innings, including Dean Miller’s solo homer in the fifth. He walked one and struck out five.

The teams battle again Wednesday at 7:05 p.m.
