In the Application, NorthWestern proposes to raise rates for electric and natural gas service and implement new rate adjustment riders for costs associated with reliability, business technology, and fire mitigation. On September 14, 2022, the Commission issued Procedural Order 7860b which established a variety of substantive and procedural deadlines for this docket.
