The CONTRACTOR must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex or national origin. Each bid or proposal must be accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier’s Check, or Bid Bond payable to Lakeside County Water and Sewer District, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. No. 29413 LEGAL NOTICE Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks (FWP) announces its intention to prepare an EA and conduct scoping on the proposed action to implement a forest habitat improvement and fuels reduction project on the Ray Kuhns WMA. FWP determined the proposed action constitutes a state action with the potential to affect the quality of the physical and human environment; therefore, according to the requirements of the Montana Environmental Policy Act (MEPA, § 75-1-101 et. seq, MCA), and its implementing rules (ARM 12.2.429 et. seq), development of a detailed environmental review using the form and prescribed process of an EA is required. The EA will be prepared in accordance with the applicable requirements of MEPA and will address potential impacts to the physical and human environment resulting from the proposed action and the reasonable range of alternatives considered to accomplish the objectives of the proposed action. FWP invites interested agencies, organizations, and members of the public to submit suggestions to assist in identifying potential issues associated with the proposed action and in determining the appropriate scope of the EA.
