Volleyball: Bravettes, Wolfpack to meet again
BUTTE — Crosstown III will take place at the Butte Civic Center.
Glacier and Flathead both scored straight-set wins in the first round of the Western AA Divisional volleyball tournament Thursday, setting up a Friday semifinal match at 3 p.m.
Whoever wins that match — Glacier, 18-7, swept the two regular-season matches — advances to the State AA tournament next week at Bozeman’s Breeden Field House.
Whoever falls needs to pick up one victory in loser-out play to advance.

Ella Farrell had nine kills and Kaylie Field had eight digs and four aces as the Wolfpack made short work of last place Missoula Hellgate, 25-9, 25-18, 25-20.
Haven Speer had 28 assists for Glacier.

Sienna Sterck had eight kills and two blocks as the Bravettes (10-15) swept the Bulldogs for the third time this season.
Olive Lyngholm also had eight kills for Flathead.
