Braves get first win of season

BUTTE — The Flathead Braves got their first soccer win of the season, 4-2 against Western AA foe Butte on Saturday.

Carter Bullins scored twice, and Trace Lenz and Luke Banks added goals for 1-9-0 Flathead.

BUTTE — Avi Schmautz scored a goal and had an assist for the Flathead Bravettes in a 2-0 win over the Butte Bulldogs on Saturday.

Schmautz assisted on Mia Stephan’s goal in the 25th minute, and scored in the 38th minute.

The Bravettes are 4-5-1.
