McAtee, Kats top Stillwater
COLUMBIA FALLS — Hope McAtee poured in four goals to help the Wildkats to a 6-0 win over nonconference opponent Stillwater Christian on Saturday.
McAtee completed a hat trick before the half and added her fourth goal in the 60th minute. Riley Byrd and Onnikka Lawrence also scored for the Wildkats (8-1-2 overall, 4-1-2 Northwest A).
“The girls were fantastic, especially in possession today,” Columbia Falls coach Thomas Clark said. "Our forwards and midfielders executed extremely well in the attacking half, and our defenders were calm and composed in progressing out of the back. Our entire coaching staff was very proud of how the girls played.”
