People had a blasé attitude about a woman hitting a car in front of her. The person whose car was hit allegedly said everything was fine and one of the drivers involved started handing beers out to people before leaving. Kalispell Police Department located one of the vehicles parked outside a residence unoccupied.

A frustrated father, whose child was reportedly assaulted, was late to an appointment and couldn’t been seen right away, so he opened a door with enough force to cause two screws in the hinge to come out. The hostile dad told an employee, “I should just kick your a--,” and left, peeling out of the parking lot.

Another hostile dad, who called to report a drunk driver screaming at people in front of him, allegedly became infuriated himself when dispatchers tried to get information. The caller yelled and swore at dispatch before hanging up. He called back, and still yelling, said, “If he hits one of my kids then I am suing your a--,” giving an ultimatum that if an officer didn’t arrive in 10 to 15 minutes he would “assume that it’s going to be swept under the rug.”

People are already up to Halloween tricks when someone allegedly stole an 8-foot skeleton figure.

A highly intoxicated man with a backpack was reportedly seen lying face down on the sidewalk and did not respond to someone’s yells. Officers said they checked on him earlier after people came upon him lying on the sidewalk, who said he got angry at them. Officers said he was OK if let be.

A man allegedly requested extra patrol at a location due to “an active terrorist threat against all members.”

A man reportedly smashed a window on the front door of a fitness center but the location did not want to press charges at the time.

Officers counseled someone about tying items on a truck bed.

Four tires a man recently purchased were allegedly stolen out of his truck. He said he had a tip the tires were at a pawn shop.

Someone allegedly heard an air dryer being used in a white Ford E350 with shaded windows that had been parked at a location for two weeks and was impeding employee parking. The van, which had no license plates and the vehicle identification number covered up, was stickered with a notice to move.
