No. 29723 Notice of Bank Merger Notice is given that application has been made to the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (the “FDIC”), the Washington State Department of Financial Institutions (the “Washington DFI”), and the Montana Division of Banking and Financial Institutions (the “Montana DBFI”) for consent to merge Wheatland Bank, 222 North Wall Street, Suite 100, Spokane, Washington 99201, with and into Glacier Bank, 49 Commons Loop, Kalispell, Montana 59901, with Glacier Bank as the surviving institution. Following consummation of the merger, it is contemplated that all offices of the above named institutions will continue to be operated (with the exception of two of Wheatland Bank’s branches located at 14732 E. Indiana Avenue, Spokane Valley, WA 99216 and 134 East Woodin Ave., Chelan, WA 98816, each of which will be closed, and one Glacier Bank branch located at 614 N. Mission, Wenatchee, WA 98801, which will be closed and converted to a loan production office), and that the former branches of Wheatland Bank will be operated as branches of Glacier Bank.
