Briefs: Lakers tryouts this weekend

Registration is open for the Kalispell Lakers’ 2024 season tryouts, which begin Saturday at Griffin Field.

The tryout schedule is 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday and 5-7 p.m. Sunday, with additional time slots (5:15-6:15 p.m.) on Monday and Tuesday for those unable to attend the weekend slots.

Lakers’ annual meeting Oct. 10

The public and prospective board members are invited to the Kalispell Legion Baseball Association’s annual meeting Oct. 10, at 6 p.m. at the Hampton Inn.

Interested parties and learn about the capital project and other details involving the Legion programs.
