First crosstown volleyball match on deck

Glacier, unbeaten in Western AA conference play, will be the home team tonight against the Flathead Bravettes in the first crosstown meeting of the year between the schools.

Glacier, at the top of Western AA, is 9-3 overall and 6-0 in conference play; the Bravettes are fourth in the conference and 5-7, 3-3.

Leading the Bravettes are Kendall Kratofil and Olive Lyngholm with .94 and .91 aces per set; Kratofil leads the conference in that category and has a healthy 4.94 digs per set. Emma Eve has 1.25 blocks per set for Flathead.

Glacier’s Sarah Downs leads Western AA in kills per set (4.10) and boasts a pass rating of 2.31. She averages 4.5 points per set. Haven Speer leads the conference in assists per set (10.40), attack percentage (.433) and is fourth in aces per set (.85).

Game time for the Wolfpack and Bravettes is set for 7 p.m. at the Glacier High School gym.
