A noisy, shirtless man hanging out in a parking lot by a white Chevy with out-of-state license plates was purportedly scaring customers with his dancing, singing and yelling. An employee described his boisterous behavior as tweaking and wanted him kicked off the property.

A man called the Kalispell Police Department alleging his dad’s girlfriend stopped by and stole a bunch of items while his brother screamed obscenities. She told them she would not give the items back until they gave her their father’s car as he was in jail. The man said she took his wallet, ID and food stamps — saying she was known for identity theft — before driving off in a white Ford Expedition, reportedly on a suspended license.

A resident was suspicious of the decomposing contents of a black trash bag found on their property, telling police it was something wrapped in a T-shirt. They believed the bag was there before they moved in a few years ago.

A 3-year-old found running in the road was corralled by security personnel while the child’s parents reportedly flagged down a Montana Highway Patrol officer looking for the toddler.

Someone complained about unleashed dogs taking over a public park. They said there were three “in the front” and three “in the back” not obeying the rules.

A resident allegedly yelled at a stranger opening the fence into his backyard and the man said, “My bad, I’m trying to go to a different house,” then walked to a property that “has a ton of law enforcement activity.” The resident asked officers to check the area.

A domestic disturbance was reported by a caller who told officers it sounded like someone or something was being tossed around in an apartment and the situation began escalating after 10 minutes. A man was taken to jail.
