Don’t support C-Falls bond vote

On the next school board election ballot, the Columbia Falls School Board is asking the voters to approve a $2.5 million bond to repair the roof of the high school. The roof is bad, but what is worse is the gross mismanagement of taxpayer funds that this school board has shown time after time.

Here is another good reason to not give the school another dime. For all the money that you pay on your taxes for the Columbia Falls schools thinking that our children are being educated, we are producing standards at the high school level that are a dismal failure: 73% failure rate in math, 79% failure in science and a 55% failure rate in reading for the 2021-22 school year. Until they put education at the forefront they should not be rewarded with more of our hard earned money for any reason.

A few Columbia Falls residents, including myself, have been sitting in on the school board meetings for over two years now. When we first started attending we were told by chair Jill Rocksund that we had no say on any of the agenda subjects because we had no children in the school, but now she has the audacity to ask us for more money.

Did you know with all the money that you put into our schools through your taxes, that you had no say? Well now is the time to have your say, and it should be no.

Dan Wilson for associate justice

Like most of my friends, I’m tired of the negativity constantly swirling around us every day — especially in the political arena. That’s why it is so refreshing to see and read about a candidate who takes the high road and runs his campaign focusing on policies rather than personalities. Such a man is Dan Wilson. Dan has successfully served our communities as a District Judge for several years and now is a candidate for associate justice of the Montana Supreme Court.

I’ve known Dan for many years and have found him to be an honest man, one who is a good listener, has a wealth of legal knowledge, and a man with integrity. As an associate judge, I believe these qualities, plus his thoroughness, attention to detail, and relentless work ethic will not only make him an asset to our state court, but will enable him to adjudicate the many challenging cases with fairness, and an adherence to the rule of law of our state and our Constitution.

Let’s help keep our Montana Supreme Court where people are heard and a place where progress and common sense can work together to showcase the Montana values we all share.

Please vote for Dan Wilson for associate justice of the Montana Supreme Court.

Governmental-scientific-industrial complex

Talk about science deniers, the people supporting the climate cult global warming narrative certainly lead the pack. But the real scientific facts get in the way of that viewpoint and ultimately expose this climate hoax for what it really is: a power grab by the supporters of the governmental-scientific-industrial complex.

Most of the actual scientific facts are clear, according to my sources: CO2 does not create global warming — it is the result of the warming process; the ice sheets are not melting unnaturally (if at all); the polar bear populations are actually increasing; it was as warm in the 30s and 40s as it is today; the earth has been warmer than it is today many times in the past and CO2 concentrations were often much higher. The list goes on and on, but one thing is for certain, there is no consensus in the scientific community.

In my opinion, the “climate change crisis,” much like the “Covid crisis,” is a manufactured viewpoint designed to convince a trusting, yet fearful, public to give up many of their freedoms to an ever expanding and powerful federal government. To accomplish this, President Joe Biden and his progressive supporters are greasing the skids with hundreds of billions of federal dollars given out freely to those (and only those) who support the climate crisis narrative. It has always been simple — follow the money — no play, no pay.

For a more in-depth exploration of this scam, watch “Climate: The Movie.” It cogently explains the truth about what is really going on and why.

One thing for certain, the true scientific facts support those who oppose the climate cult narrative and, in addition, Biden’s (and Sen. Jon Tester’s) tyrannical policies which are and will continue to inflict so much hardship on the average American citizen while enriching these democrat supporting entities.

The facts are clear about global warming. As well, it is more than clear that those who believe the federal government is here to help you are deceived when the real crisis is the ever-increasing power of this governmental-scientific-industrial complex. Now that is something we should all be fearful of.
