Law roundup: Woman can’t find way out of wrecked SUV

An “old lady” reportedly hit a parked SUV, causing her SUV to flip on its side. She declined medical assistance but didn’t know how to get out. 

Someone reportedly dumped a “truck of trash” at a location. The trash contained a couple of names and addresses for the Kalispell Police Department to use in tracking down the culprit. 

A tall man wearing a white T-shirt allegedly ran out in front of someone’s car and then tried to get inside. 

A man allegedly shined a light on a flatbed truck as it backed up to a relative’s trailer across the street and went to confront the two occupants when he thought he heard a gun slide and the truck took off. He told police he thought the two men were trying to steal a tool trailer off the property. 

A man wearing all gray was lying in the bike lane. 

An allegedly “crazy lady” kept calling a hotel’s front desk saying she needed room service and when they told her to leave, she said she couldn’t because she was naked. The employee decided to call back if they wanted her cited for trespassing. 

Someone allegedly received multiple third-hand reports about suspicious activity involving different people coming and going from a white van with a towel hanging out the passenger window at different times. 

A man called claiming he was being held captive while a woman was heard in the background saying he wasn’t and that a doctor hadn’t been able to discharge him yet. 

A man wearing black pants and a black hoodie reportedly stole a woman’s credit card at a casino and took off running. The woman got the credit card back, but he got away with $40 from the ATM. 

Someone allegedly stood outside the Police Department wanting scrubs. 

A woman who was reportedly screaming, rocking back and forth and talking to no one was seen with alcohol near an employee entrance. She was ticketed and moved along. 

A car full of teenagers allegedly tried to hit a woman in her car.
