On April 8, 2024, Fox Hill Utilities, LLC (“Fox”) filed an application with the Montana Public Service Commission (“Commission”) to increase rates for its water and sewer services using the operating ratio simplified regulatory treatment option in Montana Administrative Rule 38.5.2527(1)(a). Fox amended its application on several occasions, with the last amendment filed on July 14, 2024 (“Amended Application”). Fox’s water and sewer facilities serve residents within Fox Hill Estates in Kalispell, Montana. 2. In its Amended Application, Fox proposes to increase its rates by 1.8% for water service and 10% for sewer service.  3. A copy of the Amended Application is publicly available at the Commission’s business office, 1701 Prospect Avenue, Helena, MT 59601, and online at the Commission’s website (psc.mt.gov) under Docket No. 2024.04.046.
