On the eighth day in a row that a woman showed up at a laundromat not to clean her clothes but to soak up some television, an employee phoned the Kalispell Police Department. During her previous appearances, she had left at the request of the staff, the employee said. But on this day, she was refusing. Officers let the woman know she was no longer welcome at the laundromat. Just what was so engrossing on the television was not specified.

A man sitting in a lobby chatting with himself prompted a police response. Officers moved him along.

Authorities were asked to remove a woman from a casino she was previously barred from entering. Officers spoke with the woman at the behest of casino employees.

Suspicious about a check that a woman was trying to cash, an employee ran it by the issuer, who told them it was stolen out of a vehicle. Authorities banned the woman from the business.

Nonprofit employees asked officers to bring criminal charges against a woman in their office, alleging she had caused damage during her last visit. They warned she might grow combative. Authorities cited the woman for criminal mischief and banned her from the nonprofit's property.

A bank employee told officers they suspected a woman of trying to pass a fraudulent check. Authorities escorted the woman to the county jail.

Workers at a nonprofit sought help in getting a client, who was recently kicked out of the hotel they were living in, into treatment.

First responders assisted with a red Subaru WRX that slid off the road.

The person behind the wheel of a Chevrolet Traverse festooned with a Montana State sticker reportedly was driving recklessly through town.

Officers counseled two individuals after one reported the other for stalking.

An employee reported a man for trespassing. Officers unsuccessfully tried to locate the man.

Concerned about returning guns owned by a woman recently released from jail, a resident turned to the police for help. They let the person know they needed to give the woman her guns back.
