Gallatin downs Glacier at home 60-54
GALLATIN — After being down 29-16 heading into halftime, the Glacier Wolfpack stormed back in the second half but lost a close game to the Gallatin Raptors 60-54 Friday night.
The Wolfpack outscored the Raptors 24-15 in the fourth quarter, with Luke Nikunen getting hot from beyond the arc, draining three 3-pointers and putting up 13 in the quarter. He finished with a game-high of 16 points.
Asher Knopik was the only other player on the Wolfpack to reach double-digits, scoring 12 points on two 3-pointers and going a perfect 4-4 from the line.
Kale Fastin and Mac Melin each scored 13 for the Raptors who handed Glacier thier second loss of the season. The Wolfpack play again tomorrow against Bozeman at 10:30 a.m. before taking a two-week break for the holidays.
