Columbia Falls boys run away from Hardin

LEWISTOWN — Grady Hutton scored 27 points, including four 3-pointers as Columbia Falls defeated Hardin 84-43 Friday in boys basketball. 

Silas Ypma added 14 for the Wildcats (2-1), while Nico Young tallied 13. Columbia Falls outscored Hardin 44-12 in the second half. 

Antonio Espinoza led the Bulldogs (1-2) with 11 points.

Miles City girls 55, Bigfork 49

Sam Pelia scored 17 points and Jillian Kanduch added 13 — 12 in the second half — and Miles City held off Bigfork 55-49 in girls basketball. 

Keni Wade led the Valkyries (1-2) with 11 points — all in the second half — including three 3-pointers. Braeden and Paeten Gunlock added 10 points each. 

Camdyn Waterman finished with eight points for the Cowgirls, who led 16-7 after the first quarter.
