NO. 30873 NOTICE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT REQUEST FOR FLOODPLAIN DEVELOPMENT PERMIT The Flathead County Floodplain Administrator has received additional information for the following Floodplain Development Permit applications: FDP-24-24 A request by Doug and Sandy Heil on behalf of the property owner Dorris Heil for the removal of three negative-gradient culverts and the construction of a bridge over Blaine Creek within the 100-year Floodplain of the Blaine Creek. The project is located at 300 Weaver Ln, Kalispell MT. The property can legally be described as Tract 4B in Section 26, Township 29 North, Range 20 West, P.M.M., Flathead County, Montana. The assessor number is 0915600 and the property is 43.68 acres. The complete application may be viewed at our office.
