Kevin P. Dreyer, 61

Kevin P. Dreyer, 61, passed away in his sleep at home on Jan. 26, 2024. He was born in Minot, North Dakota, to Doris and Gerald Dreyer. They moved to Kalispell when he was 3. He attended Evergreen schools and graduated from Flathead High School in 1981.  

He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps until 1989, obtaining rank of sergeant and awarded the Navy achievement medal. He worked as a mechanic for several years at Flathead Transmission Specialists.

Kevin enjoyed camping, kayaking, and taking road trips around Montana just to get away and to have fun. He was a big fan of the Dallas Cowboys and Boston Red Sox.  

He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Donald; and stepson, Cal.  

He is survived by his wife, Paula; brother, Dennis; sister-in-law, Sally; sister, Judy; and brother-in-law, Dick; stepdaughter, Shawn; and her husband, Patrick; grandchildren, Callie, Kaitlyn, AJ, Brinley, Jordyn and Maverick; and daughter, Kayla.

A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Feb. 16, at Johnson-Gloschat Funeral Home, with a reception to follow at the Kalispell VFW from 3 to 5 p.m. Johnson-Gloschat Funeral Home is caring for the family.
