NO. 29963 SECTION 00100 INVITATION TO BID NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Flathead County Water District No. 1 - Evergreen (“District” and “Owner”) invites sealed Bids for construction of the Evergreen Lift Stations 2 and 15 Improvements (“Project”). The District will receive such Bids electronically ONLY via QuestCDN until 3:00 PM local time (MT) on January 11, 2024. At both sites, remove and replace existing electrical service entrances, lift station control panels, transfer switches, generators, natural gas piping services, level controls, power cables, control wiring, and associated conduits. At both sites, provide new by-pass piping connections with all associated fittings, new inline filters for wet well venting, and all associated site work such as fence removal and replacement and miscellaneous surface restoration. This Work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction, and applicable regulations. The quantity of Work to be performed and materials to be furnished are approximations only, being given as a basis for the comparison of Bids. Actual quantities of Work to be performed may vary at the discretion of the District Engineer.
