Gary Lee Palmer, 78

Gary Lee Palmer was born to Helen and George Palmer on his father's birthday, March 9, 1945. He passed away on Jan. 9, 2024, and what a life he lived between those dates.

Gary worked hard and lived his life independently and on his own terms, instilling these values in his children and grandchildren. Gary loved the woods. He worked in them and camped and relaxed in them with family and friends as often as possible. There was never a time with his children there weren't extra children along, no matter the activity. 

Jeff, Howard, GR Jennifer, 17 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren are going to miss him.
The middle of five children, Gary is survived by two brothers and a sister; he goes on to join his parents, oldest brother, sons Geno and Lucky, granddaughter Penny, and to find the best ever huckleberry patch.
