Wolfpack boys go 2-0 on Senior Day

The Glacier Wolfpack racked up the pins early and late Friday afternoon, taking duals from Helena Capital and Helena High on Senior Day for the wrestling program.

The Pack won their last five matches — two by forfeit — to catch and pass Helena  for a 45-30 victory. Earlier they thumped the Capital Bruins 54-18.

“Super proud of the team tonight, we were just hammers on top,” Glacier coach Ross Dankers said. “Racked up a lot of pins and made a big difference in the duals. It feels good to bear Capital by that margin; the Western AA coaches had them ahead of us in the rankings and I thought that was a good statement win, and an awesome way to send off our amazing class of 10 seniors that we will miss greatly.”
