Theodore S. Kauffman, 52

Theodore "Ted" S. Kauffman, 52, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family, on Jan. 22, 2024, at his home in Kalispell, after a long, hard battle with cancer. 

He was born in August 1971, to Jim and Naomi. 

In 1991, he married Natalie. They had six children together and took 1 more in.

 As a devout Christian, he put his walk with God at the forefront of his life. He was also a beloved team member at Sliters in Bigfork for 32 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time with his family, and giving back to his community. 

He is preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Naomi; twin brother, Tommy; and other close family members. 

His memory is carried on by his wife, seven children, two sons-in-law, one daughter-in-law, three grandchildren, six brothers, three sisters, his siblings’ spouses, and countless other family and friends. 

A viewing will be held at noon on Feb. 2, at the Bigfork Chapel, followed by a celebration of life at 1 p.m., with burial at Creston Cemetery.
