On April 4, 2024, Flathead Utility Company, Inc. (“FLT”) filed an application with the Montana Public Service Commission (“Commission”) to increase rates for its water services in Kalispell, Montana. FLT subsequently amended its application on several occasions, with the last amendment being filed July 9, 2024 (“Amended Application”).   2. FLT’s water facilities are comprised of three distinct systems: (1) Country Estates; (2) Hilltop Terrace; and (3) Ashley Trail. The Country Estates system serves the following subdivisions: Country Estates; Country View Estates; Valley Views Estates; and Royal Reserve Condos. The Hilltop Terrace system serves the Hilltop Terrace Units 1 & 2 subdivision. The Ashley Trail system serves the Ashley Trail subdivision.  3.
