Law roundup: Group hits the road, vexed passenger hits the car
A passenger reportedly got out of a small brown SUV full of people and dogs and began punching the window.

Store security asked officers to advise a woman with tattoos around one eye and gray hair tied in a bun she was permanently banned from the property when she was allegedly seen “skip scanning” (not scanning or pretending to scan items) at a self-checkout register. The store said she was a repeat offender and had two teens with her.
Two shirtless men in their 20s to 30s reportedly tried passing a vehicle on the shoulder of U.S. 93 and threw stuff at the vehicle before turning onto the bypass. Officers detained the men, and one was taken to jail after confirming multiple warrants.

Dispatch called back a phone number from a 911 hangup and couldn’t get through a phone tree recording to reach a person. Eventually, they made it through the woods and an employee confirmed everything was OK.
